I have high hopes for this year. I started to write down all the projects that I want to work on and hopefully some will be completed by the end of the year. I'm usually not one for making resolutions because I never stick to them.
This year I'd like to focus on writing. (I say that every year.) There's really no excuse for me to be slacking off. Aside from the fact that I'm lazy and uninspired. Also, Netflix.
I was researching different contests that I could enter to push me and to motivate me to write, but then decided that the deadlines are too near.
There's a book that I've been working on for a few years now. On and off...mostly off. I'd like to make that my main focus. I think that I'd like to try to publish it. Though, who knows if it will be good enough?
There's this blog too. I had plans to really utilize it but it seems to be fizzling out. There are a few things I wanted to share so I just need to plan those out and make it happen.
There's my motivational phrase for the year. "Make it happen."
